Return Policy

If purchased directly from Blue Gold Flight, our products can be returned within 30 days from the initial purchase and the customer will be credited on a prorated basis for the returned product in good condition. The sections below set out how to start a return, what we are able to accept, and who to contact about a product bought somewhere other than this website.

How To Start A Return

Please get in touch with us before sending anything back. Our Customer Service Team will help you with return instructions and provide a necessary Return Authorization (RA) number that should appear on the outside of the return package. Failure to write the RA number on the package may cause delays in processing your return, so please write it clearly on the outside of the box. Customer Service will also confirm the address your return should be sent to, which is why the RA number is issued before the product is shipped back to us.

What Can Be Returned

The 30-day period runs from the date of the initial purchase, and the product must reach us in good condition. Credit for a returned product is issued on a prorated basis. This applies to products purchased directly from Blue Gold Flight through the Buy Now section of our home page.

Products Bought From Another Seller

If you purchased our product from a third party vendor, please contact the vendor directly for their return policy. Each seller sets its own terms, and the 30-day prorated credit described above covers purchases made directly from Blue Gold Flight. Your receipt or order confirmation will show who the purchase was made with.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service rather than returning the product on your own, so that return instructions and an RA number can be issued for it. Orders within the United States ship by UPS Overnight, UPS 2nd Day or UPS Ground, as listed on our shipping information page.

Product Condition And Warranty

Read all package instructions for use PRIOR to using Blue Gold Flight products. Our warranty does not cover an occurrence due to disregard of posted disclaimers, warnings and recommendations, or due to failure to properly use and maintain the product, and Blue Gold Flight is not responsible for user negligence or improper use and installation.
